I want to give them a 5 star even tho I returned the product, The product really does what it says it will do, I have researched a lot about this product and that is why I returned it. I believe its for those who are hardcore in their athletic life, I am do sports casually and I am a lighter player so the inserts do not work for me since I do not need that much hardcore support to play my sport. I recommed the Move Game Day if you like playing basketball or other sports that requires you to use the same lower muscles like basketball and if you are lighter and a casual player.

I’ve been using these insoles and they’ve held up really well during high-impact sports. Whether I’m at the gym or playing tennis, I notice less pressure on my feet, especially during longer sessions. They add a stable, responsive feel that my regular shoe inserts couldn’t offer. Love these, I have a high arch and these provide a great amount of arch support while also enough flexibility so it's not too rigid when running and jumping. They feel very high quality and durable. The top of the insole is very smooth though and can cause some slippage in the shoe when cutting or doing step backs, so make sure to tie your shoes tight to lessen this. Also I noticed initially it was causing a little heel pain but realized I needed to slide the insole forward inside the shoe just a little.
