This item tastes horrible!!! Super sour it doesn’t seem like it’s even creatine! Don’t buy, it’s also non returnable and Amazon won’t do anything to help out… horrible experience! I’ve never wrote a review before but felt compelled due to such horrible experience.

This creatine is effective faster for me than standard creatine.> Having the extra benefit of HCL (hydrochloride) which is molecularly boundwith hydrochloric acid to enhance it's solubility / absorption ratewhich breaks down quicker and is more easily absorbed by muscle cells.The powder is bitter and sour in plain water, it easily dissolvesand doesn't have lumps nor residue = but for my taste needs added to a beverage / juice.The serving is one scoop = 2 g creatine in water / milk / beveragewhich is approx. the amount in many pre-workout powders. (powders often 2-3 g)The 2 g start being effective for me in approx. 15 minuets which suppliesa short term burst of energy without jitters nor crash.The $50.00 price seems a bit high for unfavored creatinehowever = this isn't ordinary creatine.> 60 servings = 3 months supply.An energizing product that doesn't upset my stomachand gives me the same boost as a pre-workout - BUT just doesn't last as long.

This stuff states unflavored I almost choked when I tried it. Was like drinking spiked baking soda. Has a horrible taste. Very unhappy i waited to try it as now i cannot return it

I had always thought that creatine was just for muscle building and for people who spend a lot of time in the gym trying to increase muscle mass. I didn’t really know that it possibly had other benefits for men in their 40s or 50s. I tried to do a little research before ordering this product, and it’s kind of encouraging what I read, but then other articles mentioned that there really wasn’t a lot of data out there yet for some of the supposed benefits. So, this is going to be one of those products that only time will tell if it’s actually going to do me any good or not. What I can say right now is that the powder mixes well, and it has a sharp acidic taste. I’m going to incorporate it into my daily supplement routine and see if I notice any benefits like the ones they mention. It would be great to have faster recovery after exercise, or the ability to build muscle faster, or improved brain function. Also, I need to do more research on the difference between creatine monohydrate and this creatine hydrochloride. I will update this review if I experience anything astonishing or remarkably noticeable.

So I don't review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based on ingredients, quality, value, and usage.Overall: 5 stars - I typically use Creatine Monohydrate, but Creatine HCL purportedly provides the same benefits in a smaller serving size. So comparing 2g HCL vs 5g Mono, this is a good value. Horrible sour flavor, it don't matter what do you mix it with, the sourness of this product makes me sick.
