Crushed Yellow Scotch Bonnets
I’m so very happy with this product. As you can see in the above photo with the addition of different ingredients I was able to make my own Trinidadian Hot Pepper sauce. Will definitely use again and again. Brilliant as I no longer have to hunt down the Yellow Scotch Bonnet peppers that’s very hard to find all year round here in England. Great Stuff for sure 😋

Great chilli mash
This is a great product to use as a base for Caribbean style chilli sauces. Be aware that the plastic bottle it comes in has a warning it’s not food safe once opened, so you should decant to a glass jar or similar after opening.

Hot hot hot!
I love scotch bonnet chillis, but so often in the UK, the heat and flavour of those bought in supermarkets is not good enough. This chilli mash is just amazing, I’m addicted! So fresh and very hot. Used one tablespoon in 8 servings of Chili and it’s perfect. Buy it, you will not regret it!
