The media could not be loaded. It doesn't stick to ground. Gaps are there and not working as expected. Water is drained so easily and cockroach can easily escape from the gaps. Don't give false hopes of the product. Doesn't serve the purpose. Don't get fooled by buying this product. And they don't have return policy. Only exchange is there. So can't return also. Money waste
