À great key safe.
It was just what we were looking for to keep our keys safe . Well made, and as well as a combination lock , it has keys. The instuctions are very clear to understand. Very pleased with this key safe.

Installation and operating instructions useless
The quide to setting up refers to an 'E' button which doesnt exist. The instruction leaflet is unreadable / very feint. As a consequence, the product is unusable and I shall be sending it back.

Easy to fix in place, Congress with everything you need to fix it up and plenty of key holders take good value

Good solid piece of equipment
Easy install, easy to set entry code, Good solid box, overall pleased with product and delivery. One minor issue, after entering code dial is sometimes a bit stiff to turn.

A good secure product
Works like a charms and good way to keeps keys safe and out of accessible draws. The recovery key is also useful when people have forgotten the code. The code is also easy to reset and change to ensure that is secure as people leave the business or the code is compromised.

Lacks quality
I must admit I'm a little disappointed. The instructions clearly didn't originate in English and the translation is poor. We had a problem with ours too. Despite setting a code you could just turn the handle and open the safe without entering it. I had to take the back off and reset the solenoid which was not able to go into the fully locked position. Once this was fixed it was ok.There are other issues too which come down to build quality. As soon as you take the battery cover off all the batteries fly out. I guess you get what you pay for. It will do for now but I'm not expecting it to last and will look for a better replacement.Plenty of space but if you plan on putting sets of keys or car keys the total number falls well below 40.I'd suggest spending more and getting something a bit more substantial.

Can't set the code
This product is useless. The instructions inform that you must enter a code then press E only there is no E on the key pad, only numbers 0-9 and AS & B. I've tried everything I can think of in all different ways to set the code but to no avail. I've searched the product on liner to try and find a user manual but I couldn't find anything. The product is also too small and there is no way that 42 keys could fit inside. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Solid, high quality finish. Lots of space and key code or key lock access.
Very pleased with the key cabinet, fast delivery, installed in a few minutes, very secure.
