Project Management: Practice Questions for the CAPM Exam

I used only this book and the PMBOK to study for my CAPM and passed AT in all 4 areas; this book does have one or two typos, but they are easy to ignore as the content itself is highly valuable for drilling down concepts and practices for project management. I also loved that there is a website for doing these tests digitally, which was especially helpful when I wanted to practice my questions on the go via phone. I'll be recommending this to my peers who are taking the CAPM exam soon.

Used this to cram for my CAPM. The online practice was very helpful (it's all the book questions in an easier to get through, virtual format). What I liked most about this resource is that the questions were tougher than a lot of other books I read, and was more true to the test format of the CAPM exam. Out of the many I used, this book and the online learning tools really helped me prep in the end. I'd give it higher marks, but there were quite a few typos and even a few answers that in the correct spots - which led me to put the book down and question its efficacy. So if it was more polished, I'd give it a 5 star.

I bought this to study for my CAPM exam a week before the exam. To say the least it definitely helped me build my confidence for the exam and helped me pass! I got above target results on 3/4 of the sections and average in the 4th!

Likes: 1. Many practice exams 2. Additional online content that allows repeated practice with many new questions 3. helped me pass the CAPM exam the first time Dislikes: 1. Seem to be some small typos or errors, but you can find them easily when you study (they are obvious) 2. The CAPM exam (taken November 2020) was a bit different in style than the book questions. It was more like the CAPM coursework practice test. However, studying the book questions helped me study overall.

Currently using this book to study for the CAPM. The book is helpful for the most part, however there are errors throughout specifically with which answers are correct. Since there are no explanations for the correct answer, this can lead to confusion about what you are getting right and wrong. This book needs a 2nd edition and an editor.

I passed the new CAPM exam with all domains above target. This was an excellent aid and I feel out of all the other available resources it is the closest representation of the actual exam questions.

I took the CAPM on 5/12/23 and this was a game changer.. the questions are most accurate in relation to the actual format of the test. Please note the test is changing this year so I can’t say if it will be applicable to the new version that is based on the Pmbok 7

Very good practice for the CAPM (helped me pass it). However, I wished the answers section contained explanations. I also suspect a couple of questions had not the correct answer (I can be wrong but I think other users pinpointed it). Nonetheless I recommend this book.

Best book for CAPM preparation. I bought it due to popular recommendation and I found out that it was really helpful for me to pass my exam. I could not have done without this. 6 stars ⭐️.
