It worked three times and will not seal any more totally useless

this unit works great! ...... we like that we can adjust the tension manually for as we use different types of cardboard boxes, the welding action is fast and secure, we very satisfied with the unit, we have used it many times now with repeated success, no issues, very pleased : )

Would not seal no matter the adjustments and would not cut. I returned it.

It starts out great. First 15 are good and secured. Then it begin to jam after that. It will cut the strap but not heat binding the strap. I end up spent more time to figure it out than doing the old fashion way with the metal clip. After one day of trying, I am going to return it.

No longer fully heat seals PP plastic strapping. When first operated, it would seal. However, after about a week of light use, it will only heat up enough to melt the top layer of strapping and not the bottom. We have adjusted the setting screw, but this did not resolve the problem.

This strapping/banding tool is easy to use and works very well. I have used it to re-strap a box, and it did a great job. It seems to be made well. I like that it is rechargeable. IT works much better than my other manual strapping tool. The band is very tight so I think it will hold really well.
