I have ordered one of these carports from a different seller. It was a completely different type of material (way better). It has lasted me 3 years. The customer service was great also. I wanted another for my boat but the original I bought was out of stock. I found this one which was actually 13x20. My other was 12x20. And for about the same price. When I received the carport I could already tell it was cheaper material and the poles didn't seem quite as good. The photos on Amazon look exactly like the other one I have.Anywho. I said screw it. Maybe it'll be OK. I didn't have a chance to set it up right then. But I got to it a few months later. It's only been up about 7 months and it has started thining and ripping in both top corners, center and now across the top. I got asurion insurance when I ordered it just in case. Didn't think I needed it tbh since my last one has held up few years now and I didn't get the insurance on that one. Well I did a claim with asurion and they kept sending me reminders to upload pics. I did that about 5 different times and they finally denied me. They said I didn't send the documents that was asked for. Like what? 5 times. So asurion is a joke and so is this carport. I found a 20x20 tarp at a big lots I thought about trying to use for top and it looks 5 times tougher than this garbage. Save your money. Look elsewhere. Gardensol is the brand I got for my other one. And top notch customer service.

The cover is just a plastic tarp. Nothing like the listing on Amazon. Several (4) of the connection parts were dented-not the middle of the pole but the ends that have to be inserted into another end. My husband is kind of a Maguiver so we got it figured out - pounded it to get it to fit. The poles fit together with a push button device at each end but one of the poles was missing the push button connector device. That had to be a manufacturer flaw. We duct taped it. As you can see we got it up but it wasn’t a pleasant process. I try to give good reviews because I know a lot of the time problems are user related but with this car port, the quality just was lacking. Addendum: to be fair, it was a rather wet snow but the collapse just confirms the serious quality concerns I expressed at the time of the set-up.

Keeps things dry.

My 13 x 20 Carport Canopy was damaged by a tree falling on it, and all I want is a few replacement parts to repair the damage. I cannot find any means of purchasing any simple replacement parts, nor can I find any contact information to help me order them from Dexso.

Very easy to set up. The top section was a little difficult, but after we undid the lock buttons on the cross members it went together with no more issues. We also used rope to make intermittent roof supports. The ropes worked to keep rain water from collecting/storing on the roof edges. We put the roof support ropes about every 10". We had a gazebo next to the car port that had water pool on the roof edges, so the roof ropes on the car port eliminated this issue. We did use extra long screw-in anchors on the corners to keep it from moving in the wind. The roof and side material is very strong and water proof. No rain came inside on several storms. We stapled a long narrow board at the bottom of the doors to make it easier to rool them up and secure them to the straps.

The media could not be loaded. Okay super great price…if you could ASSEMBLE IT!!! The quad pipe connector was so shortly welded that you can’t even use it because the angels don’t allow you to connect the pipes! Rendering it completely useless! Can’t even get to putting the tarp on so who knows what I’ll get to come across there. If the seller rectified this problem in a timely matter I’ll revise this review. Otherwise, I would not buy this if I were you.

I'll be sending back. Almost every pole was banged up. Feet were bent to the point that they don't sit level on the ground. Few poles were missing the button that assembles them. And the tarp was not as thick as was advertised, and had a hole in it when it arrived. I decided not even to construct it.

Very cheap looking thin plastic. Not heavy duty or sturdy at all but great size and easy to assemble.
