The second time I ordered this mattress pad I got THIS mattress pad and I am very pleased with it, just what I wanted. The first time I ordered this mattress pad, I got a cheap, wrong sized, thin, poor quality, stained mattress pad with all of the tags cut off. The first pad came in a nice new firmly sealed Serta bag, literature enclosed, but the inner bag had been closed with Scotch tape; someone's attempt to pass this off as the real thing. I have seen several other complaints of used products being sent when new ones were ordered so don't delay opening your package to check the contents! Sending dirty, used bedding is disgusting and Amazon needs to step up and solve the problem of fulfilling orders with used merchandise, any orders, it is a slap in the face of its customers.

Does a good job of protecting mattress. We researched which one to get, and this was rated very well and at same time was very affordable. So far, six months later, it’s perfect.

Great fit, quiet and it holds sheets in place. I have an expensive one under it that is very slippery. Great product for the price.
