Great customer service
Brought so I can plug Xbox and PS5 into the same HDMI 2.1.Picture quality is great,the same as if I'd plugged the hdmi leads straight into the tv.After a glitching problem customer service were very helpful. Gave me some advice on how to fix the problem and then promptly sent out a replacement. Turns out it was the HDMI lead I was using so item works fine.

Does not support 120hz 4k
Does not display 4k 120hz so don't waste your money if that's what your after

Only good for the scrap heap
This item is totally useless,it DOES NOT AUTO SELECT,the remote will only work if it wants to work.
