my zinc levels improved from 9.7 to 10.5 after supplementing for 1 month. To be honest I was expecting greater improvements but I am in this for the long term so will wait and see.Normal level are above 12. So I will check my blood again in about 3 months to see if the level has come upto 12 or more, which is the whole point of taking the supplement.Update: took further blood test 6 weeks from last one. My zinc level has gone down!!!2 possibilities - 1 supplement is useless - 2 I may have an absorption problemMy doctor has now prescribed zinc sulfate effervescent tablets of 45mg (zinc sulphate monohydrate 125mg) - if it does not improve in 6 - 8 weeks then its an absorption problem and need to see a specialist. If it does improve then maybe just monitor the situation further. Will beback.

I bought this product, because the photo of the ingredients did not show any starch!I am a diabetic and need to avoid starch. I took 1/4 of a tablet and was feeling quite ill afterwards thanks to the starch.There was no mention of the change of ingredients in the description - for me that is false advertising and potentially dangerous!Therefore 1* review!

Je cherchais cette concentration. C'est le prix le plus intéressant que j'ai trouvé dans l'ensemble des sites visités. Je suis satisfait.

Le flacon que j'ai reçu contient 250 comprimés de 50mg qui ne peuvent être pratiquement coupés en deux que par un coupe-pilule vu l'absence de pré-découpe.

Ho scelto questo prodotto tra gli altri, perchè contiene solo il minerale che m'interessa senza altre aggiunte.E' sufficiente una sola mezza compressa infatti, per assumere la giusta dose per il fabbisogno giornaliero di un maschio adulto.In confezione da 250 cp ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e dura più di un anno!
