Not worth it
This dummy will do more harm than good.A dummy is to perfect your form.There shouldbe a slight gap below the leg and the floor or no gap at all depending on instructors.This dummy has one side that s correct and then the other side deviates horrendously.I understand that it is to allow for different height students.This is NOT the way to do it
