7 Day Kick Start Pack

My Slimfast 7 Day Starter Pack arrived today! I bought this for £20, however you can get 15% off if you set up an automatic order for subsequent boxes. I didnt choose to do that. The items are nicely packed and the box isn’t overly big, you could place it into a kitchen cupboard for more discreet storage. The pack contains:- 1 Strawberry Shake Tin (makes 12 shakes) 2 Meal replacement bars 6 Porridge sachets 7 chocolate snack bars 2 crisp snack bags Meal Plan & Meal Recipes The products all look quite nice, the only one I didn’t really rate was the porridge. I have tried KONJAC noodles before and they can leave you with a unpleasant tummy ache. These sachets haven’t had any effect like that however they smell pleasing enough but they lack taste in my opinion and in my opinion the 100 calories per pack would be better spent on something else. The pretzels and cheese bites are nice, and are similar in calories as other snacks such as Popchips, skips or Walkers Baked crisps although the pack size is quite small and leave you wanting more. The snack bars feel quite substantial and bigger than some of the other diet chocolate bars that you get. All except the Chocolate Heavenly Delight were very nice. The Chocolate Heavenly bars are however quite bitter, unpleasantly so for me. All in the box was excellent value even as a one off purchase and not eating the porridge sachets. If you like the porridge then this box is a great choice saving on average about £4

Good introduction to the diet. I have lost 2kg in 1 month Very satisfying meals and although not all are tasty, sample these and then you can then go on to buy the ones you do enjoy.

I selected this kick start kit to lose a few pounds put on during the COVID lockdown It is a great way to try several items in the Slimfast range - powder to mix shakes, meal replacement bars, porridge snack bars and crisp snacks. There is a useful meal planner for the 7 days to mix up the contents with proper meals. All items tasted good apart from the meal replacement bar which tasted very sweet and grainy. I have lost the weight that I needed and I would recommend this pack which has variety and I think is great value.

I like this kick start pack and had no trouble sticking to the plan when using it. It has everything you need to follow the slim fast plan for a week, minus a 600 calorie meal (800 for men) and skimmed milk. It has strawberry milkshake which is the powder type you need to make up. I think it tastes really nice and mixes well. There are some meal replacement bars which aren't my favourite thing to eat - they taste a bit processed, but they do keep me full. There are also snacks - chocolate and savoury and the golden syrup porridge. Although you are supposed to make this with water I cheat and make it with milk as it tastes much nicer! This is a good box to make planning a week really easy and is good value for money. All the things in it are tasty and I found I didn't get hungry providing that I ate when I was supposed to and followed the timetable for the plan properly. (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, evening meal, snack).

I found this to be a great way of starting my weight loss, it even had a diet sheet showing you the best way to use the products etc Also I don’t realise they had such variety

Out of all the products I tried in this pack, I liked porridge and savoury snacks. In fact, after combining porridge with fruits (so 2 snacks at once) and a bit of cinnamon this ended up a favourite breakfast. I usually top it up with blueberries or raspberries. Protein bars are quite weird tasting and have an alcohol smell like some of the ingredients went a bit off. The chocolaty snacks are like glue and serve no useful purpose unless the purpose is to make one hate chocolate. I don't know why they couldn't come up with some nice sweet snacks - I found all sweet things quite awful. Milk shake is a bit weird but edible. Slim fast shaker has visible letter but invisible markings for 250ml. Since I consumed this for several days became diary intolerant - 1 a day for several days was too much. I guess I never had that much milk before. I don't know why designers of slim fast thought that millions of snacks are a great when you are dieting? I prefer not to eat many times a day because that only makes me spend more time in the kitchen which is not really helpful so I usually combined 2 snacks or skipped them completely. I would recommend this pack to people who start to diet because it gives some idea about breakfast and snack portion sizes - something that every would be dieter should know. After that, you can continue slim fast way or try something else. Another point is that perhaps there is something here you might like - I loved porridge and am now ordering only that. You might like something else, but this is a nice selection of products that will help decide.

I've always said I would not bother with slimfast after hearing so many negative things. The truth is different things work for different people. After losing 45kg I was starting to struggle to get those last few lbs off. I am 1 week in and I have lost 5 and a half lbs with slimfast, this is my biggest single weekly loss so far. The flavours were all tolerable. Quite like the milkshakes. Definately not as bad as I thought it would be. I was not craving snacks at all really especially after I started my morning with the porridge. I'll continue to buy these, they are expensive but I feel they are worth it in the long run.

Does not include all you need for the 7 day plan, very disappointing, packing misleading, everything crammed into a small box.

volevo provare qualche sostituto del pasto per problemi di tempo . la polvere è davvero troppo chimica. i sostituti del pasto sanno di sapone. le barrette al cioccolato sono “buone” come anche gli snack salati .. nel complesso nn lo consiglio . non sazia per niente. non ho rispettato il programma della dieta quindi nn so se fa dimagrire .

Produkt war gut verpackt, ein Ernährungsplan für eine Woche lag mit bei. Beschreibung und Plan ist allerdings alles in englischer Sprache. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Excellent pack for those wanting to try different items in the slim fast range. Highly recommended. Oh and tasty too.
