I bought this pre-workout because I train early mornings and sometimes late evenings, and I wanted something effective without caffeine. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, mostly for strength training and leg days at the gym. Performance-wise, it does exactly what I was hoping for. I don’t get that wired or anxious feeling, but I still feel more focused and ready to train. The pumps are noticeable, especially during longer sessions, and my endurance feels more consistent thanks to the citrulline and creatine. It’s not a “hit you in the face” feeling, but more of a steady, controlled boost that doesn’t interfere with sleep later. The Orange Mango flavor is pleasant and easy to drink. Not overly sweet or artificial, which I appreciate. It mixes well in a shaker with no major clumping. Pros: • Truly caffeine-free, no jitters or crash • Good pump and endurance support • Clean ingredient profile • Works well for morning or evening workouts Cons: • Flavor is not the best but not having a lots of options so its just meh Compared to stim-heavy pre-workouts I’ve used before, this feels much cleaner and more sustainable. I’d recommend it to anyone sensitive to caffeine or training later in the day who still wants solid performance support.

I really like the kaged elite pre work out. I got the strawberry lemonade this time. Its taste is pretty good, not my favorite. It mixes well, I get plenty of energy and a pretty good pump. The drink is a pinkish color. I will keep ordering, but likely go with a different flavor next time
