Great cameras! We have two exterior cameras and four interior cameras. Setup is very easy and works great!

Easy to instal. Very good camera.

Bought in October. Postponed setting up until December. Defiantly my fault for hesitating. Camera connected and worked for two days. Always having to unplug and rest. Always goes offline and won’t reconnect. Completely unreliable using WiFi. Maybe hooked up directly would work. Tried to return and seller said it was out of range for time to return. Contacted bay-it cameras and suggestion of a router or directly connected would work but again my router is in our living room and this camera is outside a bedroom. Maybe 30 feet. We have an inside camera from Bay it and it works fine but it’s two feet away from the router. My opinion is stay away from doing a whole system from Bay it Cameras. I also tried another one that was an inside camera and inside two rooms away it also had trouble connecting to WiFi. Sent that one back because I bought it on Amazon Prime.

For $59 I can look at my properties 24/7. It works great even in the dark. Set up is easy. I have 6 cameras in two homes 20 miles apart and I can see all the cameras on my IPad and IPhone. This model is fixed but the indoor model 1818 can turn up down and around (pan and tilt) plus it has audio to hear and send you a photo if anything moves in front of the camera.

Quality picture great, but setup took a lot of time and had to call customer care. Not always easy.

The product is great but no sound

I have emailed bayit home because I also bought an indoor model 1818 and am unable to get it running. Can’t get past the LAN part. I emailed on Sunday and haven’t heard anything. I will be returning both cameras if there is no customer support.
