Simply Amazing
I'm just two weeks into using this tablet and pen and I'm so damn excited by it. For clarity, I am trash at drawing and can't attest to that. But I've been using it to edit photos in Affinity 2 and Lightroom and manipulate svg files in Illustrator and Inkscape, and it's been incredible. For the past couple of years, I've used the iPad and pencil and have always felt limited by the ios app, though great, I sort of always wanted more from the app. I really appreciate this tablet as a second display screen that I can interact with. Some of the pro's that I'm obsessed with right now are the feel of the pen when editing, the matte finish on the display, and the portability. My only comparison is to the iPad and this pen and display finish feel so much better. There is a more natural comfort in writing and drawing, whereas my experience with the iPad felt glassy and tractionless. It might be simple or unimportant, but I prefer this matte finish to a glossy glass finish. And lastly, this just fits in my bag and goes, I've started taking it everywhere. I love that there are no batteries or charging. The cable that came with is a little stiff, but super minor inconvenience. The cons are hard to parse right now because I'm still learning to navigate, but I've had a couple of issues with the pen losing connection. I think it was a driver issue and hasn't happened in the last few uses, so hopefully that was it. The screen brightness could be better, I'm hoping it's a setting I haven't found it and Google wasn't helpful. Lastly, and this could be a me and my computer thing, the resolution defaults to a super zoomed-in screen and it took me a while to get to the settings menu and fix it. I guess the con is that I can't figure out how to make it default.I'm always happy about more name-brand companies with a bigger following and the amount of customer support and YouTube resources. There are sooooo many, Wacom has a ton of videos to help with creative processes and troubleshooting problems, and for what they don't have, others have made a host of great videos that have helped me.Lastly, and maybe because of the newness of owning this, I've been going out more and taking more photos and designing more stencils and embroidery projects half because of the newness, but I believe the other half is the ease of use.5 out of 5 stars to anything that gets me excited and active!

Very high end, well built
I bought this for my 12 year old granddaughter who is an amazing artist. She loves it and uses it all the time to produce very high quality drawings and paintings. She says it's easy to use and works as well as pencil and paper. For an artist especially graphic artist this is the best drawing pad on the maket.

Nice features for budget-minded artists
For the novice artist, this tablet is wonderful so far. I decided to join the 21st century and expand my artistic skills to digital arena. High time. I have had it only about a week though. I forked over a bit more money to get this tablet because I didn't want the awful problems people were having with the xp-pen or cheaper knockoffs. I was totally going to go that route but I was scared off by many reviews of these cheaper brands. So I got the cheapest Wacom. Right now I am so glad I got this tablet. The screen colors are bright and vivid. I don't have any issues yet other than discovering where the power switch is located (duh! head smack!) and the cables are cumbersome. Once you get this tablet going, the time-consuming part is learning about the digital art software.Wacom allows you to try some art software for free for a time period longer than what they usually (30 days) offer on their web site. But strange thing is I like krita as opposed to clip studio paint and Adobe photoshop. Krita is open-sourced. I was able to figure out some editing features in about half an hour using krita rather than I did in 2 hours using clip studio. I guess I only need simple tools. If I ever need more complicated things (if I start animating characters or do comic books), I will get one of the other software.I hope this tablet is durable, not that I plan on abusing it. I just read the bad reviews for this model and hope that it continues to be as good as it is now. Fingers crossed.

the journey begins
this package is huge. it's the equivlant of a laptop for adults to carry.the drawing tablet is interesting. I never used a drawing tablet before. the experience is absolutely overwhelming yet great. I get to try drawing something simple and stupid. every start is difficult, and that was the situation for me. however, in time, I'll get used to it.it came with very specific instructions, and that is important. i followed the instruction. the setup was difficult. I have a very limited space where I can't expand the capacity for workflow, but I did my best to keep it calm. the drawing tablet came with a pen, and these little small sticks that allow the touch to be detected. that's very interesting to me. I think what I find it hard is looking at my monitor screen and then looking at my drawing tablet screen. the colors are different. I have tried to use the software or program of Wacom and it was also interesting. I had to be careful not to misconfigure settings. eventually, I kept everything at default and um, everything is working great.my tirst time ever trying drawing tablet and see how joy this put on my face and the feelings i've felt. I would rate it 9/10. recommended to purchase if anyone is interested.
