What is the size or measurements of the tunnel and enclosure?

The listing says the enclosure is 47" x 47" by 18 " tall and it states the tunnel is 12" across the diameter. Those sound like correct measurements after having used it. So to round off, the enclosure is about 4 feet across and 18" tall.

Could two sets be attached to each other? Ie two tunnels attached to two pens

i would love also to be able to buy just another zipper tunnel to securely connect the play area to a cat door, . . . so one tunnel goes to the cat's "catio", the other to the cat door connecting to the house and the play area is in the middle on the deck (for winter)

How easy is it for community feral cats to rip open the mesh and my indoor cat to escape?

It is pretty durable, I have my two cats in it to spend time outside, they have managed to roll it, but i have not noticed any larger holes starting to form. I have not really used the tube attachment, take a little time to attach and just don't bother with it.
