I ordered the Black & Red bedding set in a king size and I'm pleased with it. This is the Chic brand and it is actually very similar to the pictures. To begin with, I'm usually concerned about comforters & sheets actually fitting my bed. I have a thick mattress & a memory foam topper & fitted sheets that come with sets aren't usually deep enough to completely go entirely over my mattress but these were actually deep enough. I actually bought sheets separately because of this issue I normally have & because I read other reviews mentioning the sheets being cheap & rough/ uncomfortable. Either they're sleeping in pure silk or I've settled for below average sheets my whole life because I think they feel amazing. They are very soft & the quality feels great to me! The size is great also!Another feature I usually have trouble with in bedding sets is the dust ruffle. I have wooden ledges on the side of my bed & the dust ruffle is usually too short to tuck into the sides but this one is long enough that I can leave untucked & it hangs nicely or I can tuck it in & it'll actually stay in. I don't like to leave it off because the comforter is not usually long enough to cover the box springs.This comforter is a great size though! It's nice to have a King size that fits well. It is also very soft. I don't sleep with my comforters as blankets in order to keep them nice & new looking. If I did though, I can tell this would be very comfortable.I can see what people mean about the black fuzz on the white portion, I noticed a little of that when I got it all out but it's really not much & I'm not sure I would've really noticed if I hadn't been looking for it. I just used a lint roller & it came right up. I also noticed a few stray threads. Most of them weren't even attached but there are some that are loose. I've seen this before on other items with intricate sewing. I just roll the threads in my fingers until they twist into a little ball & they blend right in. Not sure if that's effective but it seems safer than cutting them.The colors are a bold Black, White, & Red. I'm still debating if I like the colors & style overall since it's different from my normal contemporary decorating. I don't know if the coloring through my phone screen skews colors in the picture or what but, it appeared to me in the advertised picture that the red in this comforter was more of a deep red. It looked like it was a darker red in the picture but the pics in the reviews showed a brighter red so I knew it could go either way since some of the pics were older. The red is a bright, traditional red; fire engine red. I'm more of a wine, black cherry deep red fan. To be fair, this also happens when I order red clothing from catalogs & I think it's because my phone color changes at night to make it easier on my eyes & not as bright. So just make sure you are looking at it on a computer or that your phone screen coloring isn't affecting the color. It's not bad though, & it could grow on me if I redecorate the room a bit.So, as far as pillows you definitely need two large king size pillows for the pillow cases seen up front that are the same design as the comforter. These cases are very large. Then you'll need 4 king size pillows for the 4 plain black pillow cases meant for sleeping on. These pillow cases are king sized but are not as "roomey" as the 3 color pillow shams. Then the set came with two big square black pillow cases but I only had one pillow that size to fill one pillow case so I'm only using the one & placed it up in front instead of in back like the advertisement picture shows. Just know that the large square pillow seen in my picture actually just comes as the pillow case & you have to have your own pillow(s) to put in the case(s). The two little pillows up in front came with the set as actual pillows though, not shams.We haven't put the curtains up yet since I didn't really research what is needed to hang them but will hang them if we decide to go with this comforter. If we don't it will only be because it's not exactly my traditional decorating style. I would exchange for another comforter set from this company though, I am pleased with the quality & the amount it came with. I only took one star off because the red is different than pictured, at least the way it appears to me.

I bought this because I moved and I want my bedroom to be in my favorite European Bundesliga team colors. It is a perfect ensemble for that and I can’t wait to get the room put together with the black white and red. Eintracht Frankfurt forever.!⚽️🦅🇩🇪

Ok so I was ready to write a review either way this morning, however I thought it would be a much different review than the one I’m about to write. Initially when I got this I had read all the comments and so forth, and I had decided seeing how I know how to wash colors in a washing machine that I would wash the comforter anyway and not worry about it bleeding, I got the red and black and white. As I suspected everything was fine, it was wonderful nothing to worry about no bleeding, clean and done. Today I went to wash it again and still no bleeding but now the threads are sticking together causing the stuffing to come undone, it is all bunched up in the corners and so it’s no longer flat. It’s a bummer because I looked and planned and this was the set I wanted, and even paid more because I could only get this set with the curtains included, which I did not need nor want. So now I guess I’m back to square one. Disappointed

I wish the material was a little thicker but overall I am pleased with this comforter set

The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 pack of pictures from Amazon as well to complete my rooms new makeover. And my new room looks AMAZING BEAUTIFUL!Especially by the candle light and I haven't even put up the curtains yet.. although I found the curtains that came in this set to be entirely too thin for my liking so I'm going to replace the curtains with black, black out curtains.

I love it! My bed is a Queen, but I ordered a King so my blanket could hang off my bed a lot (my preference). It goes perfectly with my existing red sheets. I didn't use the valence because I don't have the right curtain rods or so for it at the moment. I may put them on later, if I feel like it. I also like the fact that the curtains are not blackout (I only have 1 window in my room and we're under trees, so it's hard to get sunlight in). The curtains allow me to get the look without sacrificing what little sunlight I can get in. The pillows that came with it are comfy and help add to the look. All in all, this set makes my room look so much more complete. I recommend.Next step, wall hangings!

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this product. I washed it for the first time after having had it for almost three months. I washed it according to the cleaning instructions, and it turned out like this (see pictures). The black and red die leaked onto the white portions of the comforter and it looks like I washed it in dirty water. I am never making the mistake of buying this brand or from this seller again. Because I bought it more than 30 days ago I cannot make a return through Amazon, so I contacted the seller in the hopes that they would allow me to make a return, and they never got back to me. Please do not make the same mistake I did by buying this product. It is a waste of your money. Also, the pattern on the white portions look silver in the pictures on Amazon, but in person they are black, and there are loose threads everywhere, even before I washed it.

The comforter is bigger than the picture and it wasn’t as big when I put it on my queen size bed. It’s not A bad comforter, however I felt like it was gonna be just like the picture just big enough
