Oh, the wonders of a wok
I used to have a wok. It got old and went the way of old pots and pans, and I liked to tell myself it didn't need to be replaced.But, oh, how it did.Woks truly are a great thing to work with for that heat distribution, depth, and sheer stirring area. This is plenty big for whatever I can throw into it for the family, and when used with our outdoor burner gets quite the heat I like to imagine that may be close to an actual restaraunt.It's also quite handsome, as well. Classic looking, and I'm a sucker for black metal.

Nice Wok but not for a glass cooktop.
This wok has such a curve to the bottom that it needs the gas burners to fit into—it lays over on a flat surface. Everything else about the wok was good. The steel, the handle, the weight were all good. It heated quickly and evenly. Good wok for a gas stove!

Nice Wok Fry Pan
The media could not be loaded. This is a heavy-duty wok stir fry pan. It's quite heavy but this is expected. Obviously, you need a gas range and preheat it at high temperatures. It is very easy to clean and easy to use. I think the heat distribution is fair. It is perfect for preparing Asian stir fry dishes at your own house.

Wokit Wok pan
Wokit wok pan is steel looking ugly and incorrectly made because it does not sit on the burner flat! It is unsafe to cook with! To easily to create a dangerous situation!
