What I like the most about this creatine is that it’s not filled with a bunch of junk and unhealthy flavoring. I don’t feel bloated or crash after the gym because of that. I started using this creatine about 6 months ago. I really never thought women should use creatine, but did a lot of research and turns out we should! This product has been awesome and I can see significant changes in my body. I typically put it in a shaker and drink it while I’m working out. This is ground up chalk! No matter what you try to put it in..protein shake,juice,don't matter this taste like your getting poisoned by dirt...don't buy this
