Inappropriate inscriptions ,
This photo frame is exactly as as shown in the photograph.. It arrived well packed and In good time .HOWEVER, I did not realise that the inscriptions on the frame included the word CONGRATS. I felt this lowered the tone of the whole thing to such a degree, I did not give it to my grandaughter. It has remained here on the side board, still in its packing, ever since. I gave her a plain silver one bought locally. Can I return this product ? It just came with a delivery note, no invoice or details for returns. The situation is partly my fault. I should have enlarged the advert to read the inscriptions more carefully..
