I'm a huge proponent of MCT oil, and can't live without it.I've tried a boatload of different brands, and this fairly priced MCT stacks up with the best of them. I make myself a BPC (bulletproof coffee) every morning and use this in conjunction with regular unrefined coconut oil. This MCT oil is perfect for my BPCs! I appreciate that they can legitimately claim 70% C8. C8 is one of the more beneficial MCTs in terms of providing energy and getting you/keeping you in ketosis. Great product and reasonable price. I've purchased this many times and as long as the price and quality remain reasonable I will continue doing so.

I love this product! It helps with keeping my "good fat" numbers up on my keto journey, and keeps me regular. I worked up to 2 TBLsp. a day; 1 TBLsp each in my morning cups of coffee. It blends right in. A little oil feeling on my lips, but no taste and works wonderful. This is my second bottle and I will continue to order!

I am new to the concept of using MCT oil. But with my hand blender my morning coffee is not only the caffeine kick I look forward to but now there is real fuel energy to carry the effect for hours. Coffee without energy is not much more than a caffeine kick short lived. It is like a sugar free energy drink, let's think about that. Or, fat free Half n' Half. How can that be? The Terra Fuel MCT Oil gives a nice balance to coffee acidity also. I am not a black coffee fan but with the hand blender creating an emulsion of coffee and oil, the taste is improved too. I had tried to work with less expensive options like coconut oil, but the taste carry over proved undesirable. I tried with Kerry Gold butter, but it didn't stay suspended as the coffee temp lowered. But this is perfect. I add it to mayo and salad dressing. A little bit with peanut butter is very good too. I have added it to food that is saute'd and it easily blends. It isn't heavy and I have not had any negative digestive issues. Matter of fact, my digestion process has improved.

You will not find a better MCT oil at this price point. $17 for a 32oz bottle is an honest and realistic price. They’ve got a repeat customer in me as long as they don’t take advantage of the LCHF craze and jack their prices up two fold. It’s flavorless, has a great ratio of C8 (70%) and c10 (30%). None of the pesky c12 for filler. For my needs it’s a perfect blend and perfect price!

One of the best MCT oils I have tried. It is very well packaged. The plastic lid, just like all of the others, leaks and makes a mess on the counter. Needs to have a drip less cap,good product

Definitely what I was looking for and very good quality. Price is the lowest on Amazon for MCT Oil that I could find. Been using this for over a month and have it on the S&S list. This goes in any recipe I need MCT Oil. There is no discernible taste. Good quality fats and MCTs for any healthy diet.

Great product, great price. 65yo male adds to coffee throughout day, noticeable increase in energy and mental alertness.Will give you hershey squirts when you start out so be aware and only do a little at a time. Right now I'm up to around 30ml(1 oz.) a day.
