Perfect match to my old lancet device!
My original lancet device what came with a Prodigy meter finally died on me. It was poking to the side and hurt. So I went on the hunt for just a lancet device snd found this listing. It looked exactly the same! This lancet device accepts 31g Lancets (which is nice if you don't like 29g). I love that it has a very low setting, which I have used for 3 years now. Love the colors of it too! Pic of my Prodigy lancet device on right, new JC lancet device on left.

Better than others used previously
At last instructions are printed in a font large enough for aging eyes. Also includes information about depth penetration for different settings, which I haven't seen, perhaps overlooked, in other brands. The device itself is easy to use and clean.

Works fine!
A very reasonable replacement or extra. Makes fine for a travel size or secondary around the house! DOES NOT contain the lancets, so please make sure you have disposable lancets. Settings - 1-10, Depth 1 does not pierce for me, and 5 is just about right, but I have fairly soft skin. 10 Was deep and honestly hurt a bit, so I suggest starting low until you find the right depth. Build Quality - Simple. It's very light weight, but still feels sturdy enough to survive for a long time as long as it isn't dropped or stepped on.

works but the spring is weak and it dooesnt always lance the first time

read before buying
tried to use it several times. hard to use the clicker as to let the lancet hit the skin.May be just me.

Easy to eject used lancets when done.
Has a button, that will eject the lancet out into your medical waste bin when done. Has a lot of depth settings.
