I am a 61 year old woman who is through menopause and I injured. my elbow lifting weights. It triggered severe joint pain and I was eating ibuprofen to get through the day. I started on these out of desperation at the dose recommended even though I am only 135 pounds. My joint pain was cut in half within three days. I am on day 5 now and I can't believe the difference this has made. I was getting ready to go back on HRT just to be able to function during the day. Get your first bottle. I am pretty impressed.

Been taking this for about 6 months now, and I can feel a difference. My knees mostly, they tend to ache less, and I feel like I have better range of motion. High quality, natural ingredients. They are pricey, for sure, but your hard pressed to find better products

First off I love Jocko’s products and I am so excited that they are available on Amazon with prime shipping!!! My husband has tried quit a few of his supplements with excellent results and this is no exception! My husband works out quit a bit and is a contractor. He puts a lot of demands on his body. This was starting to become evident when he began to experience pain in his joints. His knees were getting so uncomfortable it made it difficult to do the things he wanted and needed to do! He noticed a difference in the pain control and mobility of his knees after two weeks and a huge improvement after a month! We are so very grateful for this product, it is definitely one he will not be without! We were actually shocked by how well it worked we thought it might make an improvement but didn’t realize the improvement would be this great! If you are struggling with pain in your joints do not let the price of this supplement be a deterrent! It might seem pricey but it lasts for two months and you really cannot put a price on a product that gives you your mobility back!

I’ve used this product for five years on and off. I first used it as dietary supplement for overall health. Two years ago I injured my shoulder and began using this product as a way to heal. It brought pain relief and allowed me to “get by” while I prepared for surgery. Now, post-surgery, I’ve continued use as part of my rehab. The pain relief has continued while also nourishing my body with what it needs for a full recovery. Highly recommend!

4 stars for the effectiveness - minus 1 start for the high cost. I purchased this on a pretty decent sale ($40'ish) would put the price of Jocko at the normal/daily price of the other brands. At the moment, I'm not noticing a secret sauce or other substantial difference between Jocko's brand and the other brand I was using (which is $35 all-day.) If Jocko's brand was priced a little more competitively with the other 100 brands out there I would 100% pick Jocko (even if it was simply a 10% premium over everyone else.) The 30% premium over comparable retail prices is too much for me.

Oh my word! I don’t have enough good things to say about this product. I was skeptical before buying but it has proven me wrong! I started feeling a difference within a day of using them and I have been taking them for almost a week now and have no joint pain, inflammation or anything else weird going on in my joints. I bought cuz I had a slight medial meniscus tear and was trying to help with swelling. It literally took it all away! I have seen no side effects. I’m usually very sensitive to taking supplements and these set very well with me. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I could give more stars I would.

Good product, good for my knees

Let me preface by saying I am a fan of Jocko and was skeptical whether this product would actually work vs me being biased. I’ve had knee issues for the last year or so to the point that I stopped doing leg workouts / running all together. I would just walk on the treadmill at a really high incline just to get some type of leg workout. I’ve been taking Joint warfare for a little over a month now and have really seen a difference. I can consistently go on runs and do some high resistance workouts on a stationary bike. Now the reason I believe it’s actually working is because I do still feel the same pain as before but at very reduced level. The knee pain is actually manageable, more of a discomfort than anything, and sometimes it doesn’t hurt at all. Bottom line, it’s not a silver bullet that alleviates all pain but it does very much reduce it and make it manageable. It gets the job done for me.
