Unfortunately, the Waterdrop 10-Cup Water Filter Pitcher I got was a used Item, except for the water filter itself. I wanted to share the photos but not possible here. I do not recommend it.

After a few months it broke down.

Impeccable customer service, the best ever! A++++++++++++!! Did I say how much I absolutely love this perfectly designed pitcher with the comfortable handle and circular top that ingeniously opens and closes on its own for a quick refill without you having to take out or put back anything?!! SUPER convenient. And the spout cover is secured to the top and never falls out. All the different Brita pitchers were always laborious to refill and the spout covers always popped out and broke eventually. Definitely give this Waterdrop brand and especially the aforementioned sellers a chance. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Original review: I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of water from this filter. It's not bad, just different. I love the taste of distilled water and gravitate towards filters that make water taste along those lines like Brita. Those who dislike the taste of distilled water and prefer spring water will love this though. Waterdrop does filter water very quickly compared to Brita. I love that. They also have the PERFECT jug too! Easy to use, beautifully designed, durable, etc. In fact, Brita's jugs are why I decided to try this for a change. Unfortunately, Waterdrop's filter doesn't last as long, contrary to their claim. I'm a single person and in 4 months, the light is already red for changing. I don't even drink the recommended daily amount either. Brita lasts me a lot longer before the light changes. It's worth noting that Brita's estimated time is for families not a single person so I was surprised when this Waterdrop filter already needed changing.

Le design du produit est top, j'aime beaucoup clé manche en bois qui le rend différent des autres cruches. J'ai eu un problème avec le produit et le service client à immédiatement pris la peine de me contacter pour me proposer un remplacement ou un produit alternatif envoyé au plus vite ! Te permitirá beber el agua más saludable posible ( elimina, hasta, el tóxico plomo. Que fue, p.ej. la causa de la muerte prematura de L. V. Beethoven ) y con un diseño delicado, bonito y al que el mango de madera, le da un toque de calidez. Cabe en el botellero de la puerta de tu frigorífico de tu hogar, qué es muy de agradecer en los veranos, que tenemos que vivir, con el ya imnegable cambio climático. El filtro muy buena relación calidad -precio: puesto que es un poco más caro pero dura 3 meses cada uno ( comprás en Amazon: un paquete de 2, y en seis meses te olvidas ), y además con un indicador LED que cambia de color, te indica según la calidad del agua filtrada: azul, naranja y rojo; cuando lo tienes que cambiar. Capacidad XXL = 3.5 l, adecuada para momentos de reunión familiar, en los que se necesita más agua disponible.

La primera jarra que recibí tenía un defecto, pero posteriormente pude disponer de una unidad en perfecto estado. La jarra funciona correctamente, es de buena calidad y cumple con lo que promete. En mi caso, la experiencia final ha sido satisfactoria y el producto ha cumplido mis expectativas.
