So I started off with horrible heartburn after I started using this product, I was in high hopes after taking this to feel great BUT I’m having horrible rotten egg belches and I’m not sure of others , for 3 days now my ankles have been swollen and the lasix really isn’t helping. I thought if I give it a chance maybe my body would get used to it but it just seems to be worse.. I read the reviews that why I went on to order this but it is definitely not something for my body to consume. Hopefully I can return the portion and the extra bottle…Thanks hot reading

You may want to take with food as the cayenne is strong as it gave me a heartburn like feeling after taking it so I grabbed something to eat after to stop the burning . So I’m thinking it’s not good for sensitive stomaches

I bought this for the Cayenne Pepper to help with heart health and blood flow. The added ingredients of ginger, turmeric and cinnamon are an added bonus. I have been taking it twice a day for a week and I can already tell a difference. I am 52 years old and don't take any medication, but feel sluggish most days. This has given me an energy boost that I'm sure comes with healthy blood flow. Thanks for a great product for a reasonable price.
