Missing part
The curtain rod is attractive and seems well-made, however it is missing a washer which is referenced in the instructions. This allows too much play in the bracket and causes the rod to slope down away from the bracket.When I contacted the seller requesting them to send the missing washer, the only reply I got was to “follow the Amazon return process”.Since both rods were missing the same piece I know there is no point in returning this and ordering another one.Hopefully I can find a similar part at the hardware store. Definitely not happy with their response and wouldn’t recommend, especially if you were planning to use it in a living area and not just to cover a laundry center like I am.

They sag.
Hung em and they sagged, returned. Different design with stronger swivel is needed. Will work great if you don't mind the sag. Returned.
