Q: I've read comments that the data is lost when the device runs out of power, can't the data be saved when it is switched off?

Hi, our batteries are rechargeable and have a low battery protection mode, low battery will automatically shut down and store the data, under normal circumstances the data can be stored for at least 1 year after the battery is depleted, you need to recharge the battery once every 12 months (note: data will be lost immediately if the battery is removed, this is not recommended).
