I’ve been running this unit since September 2024 it’s been the best purchase I’ve made for water quality products. We have extremely hard water 135 grains hard (officially the hardest water our plumber dad ever tested) and our drinking water is after the softener system and still above 1400 ppm tds.. With this unit it’s down to under 200ppm. I have saltwater aquariums so I test my water frequently ( I use a separate dedicated system for them). The ammonia level in my tap water is significant as compared to the output of the RO unit that I use for drinking water.I did have to add a pressure tank to be able to run the refrigerator water/ice maker (10 feet from ro unit) but it’s so worth it to have clear ice! Wish I would have don’t this years ago!

Compact size fit well under my small sink and water tastes awesome. Love the digital read out on the faucet. Definitely recommend!!!

51 weeks after purchase, the unit exploded. This was some hours after it was last used - it has a tendency to run the pump for some reason periodically, and it was probably as a result of that.Given it had been unattended for hours, the resulting torrent of water could have done significant damage to our house if nobody had been home - so I cannot recommend it, at all. The explosion sound akin to a gunshot was the upper cartridge doing a rapid unscheduled disassembly, where the front disk fractured completely off

The price is great. It came with everything you need to do the install - i did not have to go to the hardware store for anything, and there is enough stuff for different configurations. The instructions were clear - but read them first!!! Look at everything and lay it out. I had this installed within an hour by myself. I did have to drill a hole in my sink for the faucet, and that's a separate project. You will need to purchase a drill bit for that.Now - how does it work? I've been using this for 6 weeks. I live in a region where the water is so bad that if you make coffee with tap water, your cream will curdle in your coffee. I had been purchasing bottled water but hate the plastic bottle waste and I'm sick of lugging cases of water into my house every week. This system eliminated all of these issues for me. I have a couple of water particle testers, and what's coming out of the tap is perfect! I'm not sure how long the filters will last with my bad water, and I already bought replacements for just in case, but so far so good! I will tee off of this unit for the water supply to my new fridge as well. Definitely recommend.

Product works well, but replacement filters are impossible to find and will be very necessary after six months to a year. There is no customer support. Not from Amazon or from the Parent company of Reinmoson. Also concerned with one of the reviews on here that said after less than a year, one of the filter cartridges broke internally and flooded his home. It’s troubling that in my attempts to email and call the parent company. I have not received any calls back or emails back.

I've had this system for about a month now and I'm loving the savings from not having to buy bottled water anymore. The water quality is delicious and my plants also appreciate clean water they're receiving. Not only an i saving money from buying store bought water but I'm also helping earth by not having to keep recycling plastic bottles into the environment.

I will say this unit is easier to install than any other unit, my in-laws also bought a reverse osmosis but they purchased so much more older model because it was cheaper, and it took them a week to get it installed where this took me and my brother 30 minutes.It was definitely worth the buck, however it took me a hot minute to figure out that the display screen is also monitoring the filters, I could not understand the numbers. It did not come with instructions on what is a good number and what is not and I had to go to the company it's themselves. According to them anything under 500 is good, ours usually stays between 11-15.It's supposed to flash at the reader when the filter needs changing. We use this all the time for anything that we're going to drink or consume. It does allow me to fill a full picture of kettle water before I noticed the numbers changing or adjusting.However, sometimes the water doesn't taste good, I know it's filtering out bad minerals and heavy metals, but sometimes the water doesn't taste good that sometimes makes me question the filter.
