Knee pillow
Great pillow. Helps alignment when sleeping!

Should be thicker at the knee
Love the idea of this support without having to use a big pillow. I feel the thickness between my knees should be greater in order to have better spine alignment and pain relief.

Didn’t like this pillow, it did nothing for the relief of sciatica pain .
