The best sleep aid I have ever tried! I'm pre- menopausal and have been having trouble falling asleep for months now. I tried a few products so far that weren't completely effective. The Olly maximum strength gummies have worked consistently well, since I started taking them. I take 2 about 30 minutes before bed time and I fall asleep 5- 7 minutes after I get in bed. I stay asleep the entire night and rarely wake up during the night. I sleep 8-9 hours now on average. I'm grateful to have found this product. Before I started taking these, I couldn't fall asleep until 3-5 in the morning and there were some nights I couldn't fall asleep at all. It was frustrating and exhausting. Now I sleep perfectly. Although it works well, one ingredient this contains is Sugar alcohols (Erythritol) which can caused indigestion problems and heart problems., Going forward, I’d rather not risk it.
