Nice and fresh...I use cayenne frequently, and Lawry's is always easy to dispense rather than "globby", like other brands 👍🏻 Inexpensive, and yummy in curry, stew...all the things.

I purchase most ground spices in containers around one pound, however I don't use that much cayenne, so it would take me too long to use a pound of it. Besides which, the price per pound for this package is reasonable. With some other spices, it might be $10 for a pound and $6 for two ounces, so you feel like you are forced to buy the pound size to get a reasonable value.
