I take this for skin hydration in combination with a different collagen product and my 55 year old ashy skin is gone. I used to not be able to use enough lotion and now I don't even put it on once a day, except on my face and neck, which I'm able to use less there too.

i am getting older so i am trying to take better care of myself by buying and taking pills and vitamins for nutrition that my body does not get from what i eat and i dont get from what my body makes any more. this comes in a cute package and the bottle is cute. i noticed some thinning hair on my hair line and this is very helpful for hair. my nails are amazing. my skin has a glow and elasticity that it needs. this is a buy again item.

I take collagen for my skin health and Daygen supplements work with collagen supplement to improve my skin. These capsules are normal gel cap size and did not cause any stomach upset when taking them. They are a bit on the pricey side per serving.

I've always had issues with my fingernails being brittle and soft regardless of how healthy I eat. My hair has always been lush so the Hair/Nail supplements I take are more geared towards addressing my nail issue. Fortunately, it doen't take a long time before I can assess how well these supplements work when judged by how much stronger my nails are. Biotin is the main ingredient that helps with this and if there are others that help my aging skin, that much the better. These supplements contain all the ingredients touted for helping with hair/skin/nails and in a good amount. Although I do try to take at least 10,000mg of Biotin each day, which these fall short of. I do appreciate that they have several other vitamins/minerals included that I have been taking separately which allows me to skip them in my daily routine. At only $12.72 for a 30-day supply, these seem priced well if you don't need as much Biotin as I typically do.

I know these work great! I take one before bed and my skin feels very nourished. I know it's these because it is the only additional supplement I have added at night. Wish I could take 2 a day!

The best Ceramides capsules I have ever tried 🙌🏽

I have started using these to see if it offers some skin changes, particularly with dryness. Have yet to see any real benefits but I think I need much longer to test the results. Nice packaging, easy to swallow with no real taste. Price is OK
