this is a great belt. not too big, the belt fits perfectly and supports me in my heavy workout days. Highly recommend!

Please read the directions and measure around your belly button. I did and it fit perfectly.Loved it from the first minute I put on. I did need to tuck one side under the other to get it fully tight but no big deal. The Velcro is awesome because you can get a perfect fit unlike others with holes like a normal belt. This is far superior. The material is quite stiff for support and the extra wide back helps me a lot. Very happy.

I am 5.5, 110 lbs and needed a replacement for my old weight belt. Unfortunately, I had to return the item because it felt extremely bulky on me. That doesn't mean there was something wrong with it. It was very solid and I could see good quality but somewhat overwhelming on my frame.

Close on the size, but does its job.

I work out 6 days a week and what I've learned is you must have a great weight belt on those days when you are working legs and your back. This belt is perfect and easy to take on and off.

The belt is good quality and will support your back well. Order a size bigger. It fits in the size range but not a lot of room to work with. The belt does come with an extra Velcro moral patch which is cool!

So I competitively compete in body building and during my growth phase we are pushing the weights pretty heavy and in times pass I would have small aching injuries in my back from certain pulls. Well this belt feels so secure and doesn’t feel bulky at all.Definitely recommend.

It’s very fitting, kept my core & lower back engaged & I was able to lift better & even more weights than I would usually lift without feeling any strain or pains.

シムで使ってますが、少しゴツいけど、安かったのでどうかな？と思いましたが、機能性十分です

新品のせいか硬いです。使いこなしていたら馴染んでくるでしょうか。あと、骨盤に当たって痛いです。ウェスト90cm弱でMサイズかな？それでもギリギリ大きいです。
