A Sweeping Success...
I love this product! Right, now that I have your attention, read on dear reader. I bought this product, as I felt that it would help kill two birds with one stone as it were (no birds were harmed in the writing of this review). I could get the hoovering done, whilst working on the rest of the housework. The RoboVac is as relatively as compact as it can be, and is very thorough in its cleaning. Contained within the packaging, is the RoboVac itself (obviously), two boundary strips, replacement brushes, and replacement filter, a home charing station, and a remote control. The boundary strips are perfect for placing across areas you don't want the vac to go, the replacement brushes are ideal for when your brushes need replacing, same with the filter really. The remote can be used to send it to do automated cleaning, or you can control it manually, either way the option is there. To get started, you'll need to make sure you download the Eufy app. You'll need that to set it up, and be able to control it from your phone too. Also, if you have an Echo device, you can get the Eufy skill, and link your accounts to control it using Alexa. I found the set up process to be very quick and easy. A very straightforward process, that should even be idiot proof. Within minutes I had R2D2 up and running, and gliding about the house doing the cleaning. Upon putting my RoboVac together, I was faced with a slight issue, that being that the clip on the dust collector tray was broken. It had arrived like this. Whilst the product still worked ok, it had the ability to get worse due to how it was broken, and require replacing. Worried that I would have to send the whole thing back, and await the arrival of another, whole new product, I was put in contact with ANKER who produce this product, and supplied it through Amazon. To my amazement, they didn't require anything to be sent back, and very swiftly arranged a replacement part, all they needed were some brief details of the fault, and some pictures of it. Within 24 hours of me contacting them, they had responded, and were arranging a replacement part be dispatched out to me. It has since arrived, and works perfectly. I have no doubt that this was an isolated issue, and was resolved very quickly and very professionally. It is for this reason, that I have not deducted a star for this. The product itself, well, it sucks, but in a good way. It sucks how it is meant to suck, it gets up all the dust and dirt that it needs to. I know that's quite a sweeping statement (it does that too), but I was surprised at how much such a small and compact RoboVac can pick up, and how dirty the floor actually was, genuinely doesn't look that bad at all. The RoboVac does well at learning its surroundings, and will cover the whole floor, it even manages to get into corners. It has sensors all around which prevent it from crashing into things, and also keeps it away from the edge of the stairs, so that it doesn't take a tumble. I am pleased that I have made the investment in this product, and it is a product I would recommend if you are looking to purchase one of these. If you have a dog, however, a couple of tips, get your dog used to it, otherwise you may find your dog chasing it around trying to attack it, or running away from it. Also make sure that your dog hasn't left a little surprise anywhere before activating it, otherwise you may find that you have some lovely brown smears across your floor. One other thing, before I go, the RoboVac can be given a name on the app, and I am torn with what to call it. R2D2 is clearly an option as a Star Wars fan, and I know someone else has called theirs Meryl Sweep, I'm kinda liking Dusty Springclean to be honest... Seriously, if you are looking for one of these, I highly recommend.

One of my best friends! Welcome, Tranz
does everything it said in the ad, great value for price i paid, a brilliant lightweight and intelligent cleaner for short pile carpets and hard floors, great for getting rid of lightweight fluff, pet hair and dust. Be WARNED: (commonsense really): keep any tasselled rug edges out the way, and shoelaces. It isn't keen on eating dead flies, unfortunately - neither am i! The Dyson will sort that out. I don't run it unsupervised, coz it WILL negotiate shallow carpet bars and go hide where you maybe haven't planned. The old cat doesn't mind it either, it's quite a pleasant humming noise. Like that is tells you what it's doing. Mine has a name, "Tranz" coz it's tranzformed my cleaning. Strongly recommend.

Pleased with purchase.
Wow where to start! never having owned a robot vacuum cleaner before i didn't know what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised how well it works and how helpful it is. A lot of extras are included from brushes, magnetic rolls, sticky pads and cutting tool for removing hair from the rotating brush. Dirty Bertie which is his given name 😁 took around 5.5 hours to charge and will flash orange to start then turn blue when he is fully charged and ready to go, he lasts around a good hour after that. The app is easy to set up and has many handy little features. I have found him easy to empty and clean and you will be surprised and shocked how much dust and dirt he actually picks up. The plus points for me are the convenience of use when i am busy doing other things, Bertie gets under low to the floor furniture that i can't get my vacuum cleaner under and the rotating brushes do a good job of cleaning in the corners and sides of rooms. The suction is great and Bertie moves niftily along the floor too, (i made a short video of him in action moving along different flooring surfaces). The magnetic rolls, there are two of them can be cut to length, i have a lot of fire places in my house and one of them has a raised wooden surround that he kept getting stuck on top of so i laid the strips around the edges and he then avoided it from then on. I have a lot of furniture and he manages it well and will try his best to reach those awkward areas. The negatives are that with furniture in the corners of rooms he can't clean these areas unless you remove the furniture this isn't always possible and with light metal furniture he does have a tendency to knock it over. Regarding electric cables you will have to put them up out of the way as they will get caught up in the brushes, cable ties are included so you can use these or pop the cables in a plastic container. Bertie docks really well and leaves just enough battery life to get back to his station, i have however had him working in the living room and had to carry him to the docking station myself which is located in the dining room, this has happened only once though, the first time i tried him out. If you don't want him on show and seen when charging up, i have found the best place for him to dock is under my couch which is raised off the floor, he can't be seen by anybody but will still work via the remote control and he has had no problem finding his way back. If the station moves around when he is docking himself the sticky pads can be used to set it firmly in place, i don't have carpet so this method has worked out well for me. I am so glad i purchased him and am really happy with his cleaning power and performance, absolutely no regrets.

Brilliant little machine
Eufy C10 I’m really pleased with the eufy Robot Vacuum C10. It has powerful suction and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs and pet hair, while the slim design allows it to get underneath furniture that a larger vacuum simply couldn’t reach. I set it to clean when I leave the house, when I return it's done and returned to it's docking station, however I do need to pick up objects like shoes. The LiDAR navigation and smart mapping work very well, and it moves around efficiently without constantly bumping into things. I also really appreciate the self-emptying feature, which makes it much more hands-free and convenient. It’s relatively quiet too, so it doesn’t cause much disruption while running. Overall, a very capable robot vacuum that saves time and keeps the floors looking clean with minimal effort. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

The most popular member of the household.
After months of debating over which robot vacuum to go for i finally decided on this after narrowing it down to this and the 15C max version. This the first robot vacuum I’ve owned or ever actually seen in action (although at the same time I did buy a £20 different model off of amazon just to deal with my bedroom which is upstairs in the loft.) Sonny (as we’ve named him) is the best Christmas present I could have bought for myself and flatmates. I previously split my share of the vacuuming time roughly 70% dreading it/25% feeling guilty for not doing it and the other 5% looking for a robot vacuum. It goes without saying my flatmates are delighted that I’m finally pulling my weight. Set up of Sonny was super easy although I’m yet to get him to show up on my Alex app as a device, although he does respond to company on Alexa through our phones and 4K for stIckes (which currently are the only Alexa devices we own) Our flat is a mixture of carpet and wooden floors and he vaccines then all with easy (our carpet is very short I should add). The first time we used him his dust bin was full within an hour and we (my flatmate) had only vacuumed a couple days before, he did an amazing job getting under the counters and into the corners and picking up cat hair which was impressive as the cat owner and the cat moved out 2 months ago. The floors are extremely clean after the first use and after a week the dust levels are reduced also. He does get stuck now and again under funny shaped items (like my clothes rail) and you can Hear beeping from him and a notification when he gets stuck (often for us after consuming too much of my flatmates long hair) but it’s an absolute doddle to untangle him and get him on the move. He’s extremely quiet (although when he does get stuck his beeps are loud enough to get your attention) so you can watch tv easily while he’s a work. The boundary strips are not something we’ve needed to use and he’s not tried to throw himself over the stairs yet. He’s registered to my account but my flatmates have both created their own account which was very easy and I’ve shared him through the apps (extremely easy) so we can all control him from wherever in the flat or world we are! There are a couple more features I’d like, such as mapping off the flat and less random movements, but those are features I’d be happy to pay more for so for the price (£169.99 at time of purchase) I’ve no complaints. As soon as his hybrid cousin comes down in price I’ll be buying her for my upstairs room which is wooden and tiled (Sonny does do a great job of the vacuuming when I bring him up here though, I’d like the mop feature to reduce further my spent or thinking about cleaning and give me the opportunity to find another chore to procrastinate. I have now had him a week but i have no reasons to complain. He’s very quiet and doesn’t dash into items. Rather gently avoids unless he’s doing a clean of the edges. For comparison the £22 I I purchased does a good job on hard floor floors (he won’t even move on our carpet) but doesn’t have any of the smart features of Sonny and also by bumps into obstacles making him a bit noisy, but still satisfactory for his price. For me the floors have never looked cleaner, all you may find you need to do it move furniture for tight spaces or do as I did and purchase small handheld device for tight spaces and stairs. Very much looking forward adding another Eufy to the family and I only wish I had a bigger house to justify many more.

Surprised and Impressed!
I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical about getting a robot vacuum, but a friend of mine kept insisting I try the eufy L60. I'm so glad I listened! The initial setup was a total breeze. I had it connected to my Wi-Fi and synced with the eufy app in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive, and I didn't run into any of the "smart home headaches" I was worried about. The cleaning performance is what really blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be this thorough, but it picks up everything. It handles carpets remarkably well, transitioning from hard floors without losing suction power. I also frequently leverage the multi-floor mapping feature, which works perfectly for the different levels of my home. The only minor "issue" I encountered is that the sensors can get a bit confused by large mirrors (I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors on my wardrobe doors). To fix this, I just had to temporarily cover the bottom of the mirrors while it did the initial mapping. Once the map was saved, I added a no-go line in the app for extra safety, and it hasn't had a problem since! If you're on the fence like I was, take the plunge. It's efficient, smart, and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Total lifesaver!

Absolutely brilliant!
This has to be the best purchase I have ever made. What a difference it has made to our lives. With 2 cats and 2 dogs I spent hours hoovering but now not only does the Eufy automatically wander around the house at midnight but I can set it off at any time with the click of a button. Revolutionary. Does it bump into things-yes! Does it get under your feet from time to time - also yes. Does it like to try and climb the base of the bar stools- again yes. But bear with me. It is like a cute, not so cuddly pet. It is quiet and yet powerful, it amazes me everything I empty the dustbin just how much it picks up. If you leave a door open it will wander out and clean out there too. Honestly, my favourite purchase ever!

Does what it should
I purchased this item over a year ago as a gift based on the fact I already had one. If you want an intuitive robotic vacuum cleaner that sucks up dirt then it's difficult to not recommend this item. The app for it, once set up, is a breeze to use, with the ability to change suction levels and the amount of passes the cleaner makes. The set up process is a little time consuming as it makes a map of the floor level it is to be used on, it then gives you the ability to fine tune it; to block off areas, name rooms, allocate suction level and how many times it cleans an area (once or twice). There is a handy scheduler within the app to select quieter times of the day for it to complete its task. It will provide notifications if it gets trapped or stuck and will auto shut off and also provides maintenance notifications. I would recommend.

Great timesaver
The Robovac has exceeded my expectations already! It easily navigates the floor, rugs and any obstacles left on the floor without getting tangled up or stuck. The slim design means it can clean under the sofa and beds, and the magnetic boundary strips allow you can section off areas that you don't want cleaned or to section off rooms, etc. Setup is quick and easy, and the Robovac can be paired to the wifi so it can be operated remotely or to a set time schedule through the EufyHome app or Alexa if you have one. It also comes with a handy remote control which allows you set it to work at the simple press of the button which is great for a quick clean or to spot clean. Emptying the dust box is quick and easy and the capacity is plenty big. As an added bonus, the RoboVac returns itself to the charging station at the end of each clean so it's always charged when you need it. The RoboVac takes up a lot less room than a standard upright hoover which is great if you're short of space. Overall RoboVac is a great piece of kit at a great price for the level of functionality it provides.

The X8 Pro delivers on core promises
Navigation & Obstacle Handling The X8 Pro excels in SLAM-based navigation, seamlessly mapping my home’s narrow hallways and smaller rooms. Unlike some competitors, it rarely gets stuck—only minor blockages occurred with socks, a curtain, and a thin doormat. Its obstacle-avoidance algorithm is robust, though not infallible. Hair Detangling & Maintenance The brushless roller design and hair-detangling mechanism are effective, as pet hair rarely clogs the brush. However, the self-emptying system has a critical limitation: fine cat hair and dust frequently remain in the dustbin due to the dense plastic mesh and HEPA filter setup. The station’s suction is insufficient to clear debris stuck to the mesh, even in Pet Mode (15-minute auto-return cycles). In practice, this means manual intervention is required after every cleaning session—emptying the dustbin and cleaning the mesh to maintain performance. While the vacuum leaves floors clean, the lack of true "hands-free" operation is a notable drawback for busy households. Suction & Cleaning Performance Suction power is strong and consistent, leaving floors visibly clean. The multi-surface adaptability (hardwood, carpet) is reliable, though edge-cleaning could be more aggressive. App & Connectivity The eufyClean app is functional but lacks sophistication. Basic controls work, but multi-user sharing is cumbersome: users must be registered in the same region/server, or access fails.
