Do NOT buy this!
The media could not be loaded. This is our second one as the first one had the pet dispenser stop working and it was incredibly loud. Now this one also stopped working. Wasted $300 on this.

So many options, glad I chose this brand
I’ve had this product for a few weeks now and it’s working great. I opted for the model with the dog bowl which allows my dogs to always have fresh water. I haven’t used the cool setting I just keep it off so that way the machine doesn’t make any noise. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money
The media could not be loaded. *** update***Received a new water cooler and upon opening and assembling the door to where the water bottle storage was broken. (See video). I’m just fed up with the issues we’ve had with this purchase .I purchased the water dispenser with the dog bowl. It’s been about 2 weeks that I’ve had this and already the dog bowl spout isn’t dispensing. I contacted the company and I now have to take it to FedEx and return it so they can send me a new one. What a pain.

Cold water comes out hot
I had it for about 6 months and it started leaking and won’t cool the water anymore. Something is wrong with the device, and I have been waiting for a replacement since January. It’s now April. Every month it’s “we still don’t have any…”When it was working it was great, which is why I want a replacement… torn between a one star and a two…

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK
Horrible experience, very heavy box, delivered damaged, door fell off, no upper pin, dented on the corner, instruction booklet sealed in plastic bag that was jammed into the top crevice, unable to "remove" this plastic, DON"T BUY, I doubt if I get my money back....AMAZON told me the company would "contact" me within 48 hours..right...Unable to attach any photos

Bougie Dog <and family> water dispenser is a hit with us
LOVE this product! Doggos (and family) can have fresh water at the press of the button. Low profile with the bottle on the floor rather on top makes changing bottles a snap. Hot water on demand is also a favorite for cup of noodle needs.

Pet waterer broke within 30 days.
CAUTION! Fill out your registration rigt away. You have 30 days to register to activate your 1 year warranty. I found this out because I didn’t register and the water for the pet dish broke on the 32nd day! That’s including shipping. It was less than 30 days from the time I was actually using the device. They will not take returns I guess for environmental reasons, they have no phone number and won’t reply to emails. Shame. I do like it otherwise and this could have been a much better review.
