For Samsung Galaxy Buds with caveat...
So, I am starting to realize that buying ear buds is like buying a printer. I did all the research into the main item (to be fair, the Galaxy Buds I got for free with my new Note 10+, but you get the idea) and while the ORIGINAL ITEM may be great, it's the needed accessories that REALLY should be my first consideration. Much like my amazing Canon printer that has crappy, expensive and inconsistent ink, the buds might be great but the tips that are needed to wear them frequently suck. The original silicone tips were painful for extended wear (don't most ppl keep buds in their ears all day?) and slipped out. Next, I purchased the FIRST PAIR of Comply tips, which I have happily upgraded to on various ear devices, that were listed for the actual Samsung Buds. You can read my not flattering review on those. This item is the third attempt at tips. These are Comply's "universal" tips that will fit many brands of buds. They do snap on well, no problem. They are SUPER comfortable to wear all day, and although I generally use a large size, this size works for me. They isolate sound well, almost too well! The sound quality is better, also. The *problem* with these, since they are not specifically for the Galaxy Buds, is that the buds' charging case does not want to close with these attached. There are ways around this: I have squished them in and used a small rubber band to keep the case closed, which works well except sometimes only 1 of the buds will charge because the other doesn't line up with the thingy. Alternatively, just pop the tips off when you are charging. There are my favorite, hands down. I knocked a star off because I need to see if these last a while as the price is (IMO) stupid for 6 little bits of foam, but what can ya do? If they do last long, I'll bump it up to 5. Highly recommended.

Not compatible with Google Pixel Buds
I wanted to like these, and initially I did; however, they just do not fit well inside the Google Pixel Buds charging case. To be fair, they do not advertise these as specific to Google Pixel Buds, but it says "most". My issue is that once installed you have to "smash" these into the charging case at which point you may or may not be able to charge if the charging contacts are not touching. Unfortunately, taking the risk of not having a charged earbud is not worth the benefits these do provide.Noise cancellation - These are notable upgrade from the stock Google earbud tips in terms of noise cancellation. They seal your ear canal very well. Whether or not you want this is a personal preference based on context. For me, I prefer the stock earbud tips as it does allow some ambient sound in, which I think is safer if you're walking around. However, if your main purpose is to drown out everything and just listen to your music/podcast/audiobook/etc. then these would beef that up over stock tips.Ease of Install - Literally all you have to do is gently pull off your existing tips and replace with these tips. No issue at all.Comfort - These are comfortable. Since it takes the shape of your ear canal, there was a little added pressure in your ear. However, it was not noticeable after the initial insertion and I wore them for a few hours with no issue. In comparison to the stock tips, I think these are a slight upgrade. One thing to note, is that the fit did change how it worked with my Pixel Buds. If your current earbuds/phones have any type extra methods to keep them either in or attached to your ears, these may change how they fit affecting the comfort.Misc - I could see these not being that durable since they are foam, but this is conjecture. I could not tell from the packaging which was the audio and which was the sport. I only used the smaller of the two in this package.TL;DR - If you have the Google Pixel Buds, these will not be a perfect fit in the charging case and you will have uncharged buds. For other earphones/buds, these could be a nice upgrade for you.

If you have the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro wireless earbuds, it'll fit in the case
I bought these memory foam ear tips after my Anker wireless earbuds wouldn't stay in my ears, even after trying the smallest ear tips included in the box. They fit the earbuds themselves with no problems, and I can insert them into my ear canal with no problemsSince the memory foam is thick, I squeeze the tips (just like the instructions say on the package), pull my ear up, push them into my ear, maybe giving a little twist in my ear canal, and apply gentle pressure on the earbud for maybe 10 seconds (the package recommends 30). When I feel the earbuds around my ear with my fingers, I notice that the earbuds themselves aren't resting in my ear - they're staying in place because of the expanded memory foam that's in my ear canal. Removal is easy - I just twist the earbuds and remove them.I'm not a professional sound measurer, but it does sound good with the songs I played from my phone. As the included pictures show, buyers of this that are using it for the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro wireless earbuds will find that the ear tips might protrude a little bit while it's sitting in the case, and when it's closed, there'll be a small gap between the lid and the holder itself where there was no gap when the stock ear tips were used. I don't know if it affects anything, but I am charging the earbuds right now, and it seems to be charging just fine.I think I'll buy another memory foam ear tip from this brand again.
