Good size for decorating
Do not use Sweet Loren’s premade cookie dough (which is absolutely amazing) because it’s too oily. This mold needs a dryer cookie dough recipe to hold its shape.

I used this mold to make 12 gingerbread houses for a party. It worked very well. We did not use the smaller pieces because they were so small they did not cook evenly. Easy to clean
