Don't Quit Your Day Job
Sorry, I couldn't make it though but half of the book! The worst advise ever, but after all, he is an attorney, not a real estate investor. If you want a really good book on landlording, purchase Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler, former cop who became a real estate investor purchasing buy-n-hold properties. His advice is more sensible.
