The fact that the stone and hose are food save may be this items only virtue. It is powered by a usb cable that must be connected to power all the time. There is no internal battery so you can't just charge it up. There is also no off/on switch. Plug it in and it goes. So you have have your own power source be it a wall plug power supply or a remote power pack. For me it's a bit over priced for what you get.
