Immortality
Enos and Andrews dropped by Boots and all the shops, Amazon best source. Never travel anywhere without one or the other. I travelled for over 50 years selling and its no good being i a hotel in a strange foreign town and getting a bad stomach. Always take Enos with you.Enos has a better taste than Andrews. Makes you immortal, or has done so far ...

Unpleasant flavour
These worked well (added to paracetamol) as an alternative to Alka-Seltzer, which I can't use due to the aspirin. However, its 'lemon' flavour was quite unpleasant, so I much prefer the 'regular' flavour Eno instead.
