Does this product have ptfe?

Black Cube is PFOA free. You would need to purchase a ceramic pan if you are looking for PFOA and PTFE free as all traditional nonstick coatings are PTFE based.

Weight compared to Calphalon?

A little lighter than a comparable Calphalon pan, but I like the Black Cube more. The handle is fat and comfortable and the non-stick works great while still producing a nice sear on my protein of choice. I agree that the lids do not look like something you should spend additional money on. I am able to use lids from some of my other pieces of cookware and they work fine.

will it work on induction stoves??

yes, it will work on induction stoves. I checked my putting a magnet on the bottom of the pan and it stuck to the pan. I'm glad to know also so I can use my portable induction burner.

Can this pan go under the broiler within 3-4 inches? Within 6 inches? Up to what temperature? Thank you.

I think the metal can handle the broiler but I doubt the non stick coating can. Most of those coatings burn up at about 500 degrees Fahrenheit
