A deep tart pan that offers flexibility
This is the perfect tart pan! I bought it so that I could make a Meyer Lemon Tart. My old pan is quite shallow, so my lemon curd was not substantial enough to suit me. With this pan, the baker has the flexibility to make the tart thick or thin.

Sturdy and maintains its form even with hot caramel
I bought this for a chocolate caramel tart I wanted to make and the form was perfect. My crust came out perfectly with nice wavy edges from the pan and the bottom came off with a slight nudge. It's a sturdy pan and will last many more tart bakings in years to come. Wish I had purchased one years ago.

Wonderful for Baking Quiches and Tortes
I purchased this pan because it was the perfect size for making quiches and Almond Tortes. I especially like that the pan is very sturdy, made of non-stick carbon steel, so baked goods come right out of the pan. It's also very easy to clean.

Can't fault this product. It's heavier than I expected, and seems like it would be very durable. The non stick surface works so well that I don't bother with oil/butter before putting in pastry. I would recommend this product.
