Konica Minolta bizhub 3320

We purchased about thirty of these Bizhub 3320. The Bizhub 20 was a rock solid performer. These 3320 printers are garbage. In less than a year we are down to five that are still in service. About six were DOA. Most had paper pick up issues out of the box. All required a good cleaning of the pick up rollers out of the box. The pick up rollers for the paper tray need constant cleaning.
