Extra Firm Toothbrushes for Adults, Extra Hard Bristles, 6 Count

The media could not be loaded. I like a firm toothbrush. These brushes were a little stiffer than I was used to, but they feel like they will last a good long time. Be aware that the heads are a bit larger than most standard toothbrushes (I have mine pictured next to a pink Colgate in the photo) so they would not be good for smaller mouths. My gums bled the first time I used them, but I have no complaints. I actually prefer the bigger size and the stiffer bristles.

Good tooth brush. Bristles are more than firm which I like. All brushes now that claim to be firm are not near as firm as they were previously and I"m calling out the same brushes I used for years. Quality has gone to HELL!!

These toothbrushes do the job. Mediums are inefficient to me. These toothbrushes clean efficiently.I am very particular about brushes and I am happy with this purchase.

I like the availability of a good firm tooth brush. Not quite as firm as I’d like and bristles loose stiffness quickly.

I liked the quality of the bristles. For tough bristles, they're not that tough, but they do the job. They also have excellent grip.

I was at the dentist 3 years ago and he casually mentioned that the notion that hard brush damage the teeth and gums are outright wrong. The wear and tear that one undergoes are not because of the use of a hard brush but grinding of the teeth when we are asleep. I can hear my wife grind her teeth during sleep but she has never heard me do anything but snore :) and we both have almost no visible wear off damage. I therefore think that the dentist do not have an accurate reason. They might traditionally be discouraging people to come to them for regular cleaning and hence these false notions.Coming back to these toothbrush, these are not as sophisticated as some of the soft or medium toothbrush from Oral B or similar but they have a remarkable ability to clean your teeth in about 20 seconds. If you are able to run it over a surface thrice, you are done! Doesn't this also reduce the wear and tear? With soft brush, I need to do this 10s of times! I have some extra molars that make cleaning my teeth a nightmare but these brush have helped significantly reduce my early morning and late night struggles - Highly recommended.

Ehhh..the bristles are spread wide apart kinda like a vacuum attachment brush so it doesn't foam the toothpaste correctly . Decent at best
