Bought this product as I had started pole dancing as a hobby and for exercise, this product really helps with gripping the pole. I've been able to progress leaps and bounds and build my upper body strength. I still use this product and would definitely recommend. 10/10

I was recommended this brand by my pole fitness teacher, I went for this particular gel as it offered the most grip. The gel is strong and helps you to grip onto the pole without your hands getting sweaty and sliding down. You only need a small amount so the bottle will last a while.

Starts off sticky but wears off in minutes. Very disappointed

Grips good just hard to remove.

It gives a very good grip that I couldn’t achieve with anything else, the only thing I would say is a minus that it takes a short while before you again need to apply more product. It’s a minor issue for me since it does the job really well.

My new favourite grip. Gives me great stickiness but doesn’t do that thing of overly coating the pile and going shiny after a while.
