Arrived on time. Very sturdy and very easy to assemble. Used for cutting-in ceiling/walls when decorating UK domestic stairwell in a new build 3-storey townhouse which is quite narrow, 90 cm wide stairs; used, with a 3-4m extending collapsible ladder set. Stairs were too narrow for this ladder stair stabiliser to allow ladders to extend to full height safely for a beefy boy like me … a slim Jim might have managed. This is not a fault with this product but is a consideration when using it on a job.

This was perfect for decorating the staircase. Safe and easy to assemble and use.

Very study and safe.. However..In an older property (Victorian) the step height/widths on the stairs are not relative the the available settings - so in essence it doesnt work out of the box.I got round this by building a mini-step that I could place the lower section on - with this it worked well..

This is a very good product. Well made, easy to use, sturdy and fit my stairs perfectly. I have a very high ceiling in my hall, awkward to get to, and this allowed me to get in and strip the walls. Definitely worth buying.

I was really annoyed to open the box and find the item already in two parts. The ladder ledge section had completely snapped off the adjustable stand, which says a lot about the build quality. (Poor 1mm weld)For something that’s supposed to support your weight while you're high up a ladder, this is a serious safety concern. Paying £82 for this item, I was expecting something sturdy and reliable, not something that arrives broken and clearly not fit for purpose. At this price point, I expected far better.
