Kalms Night 56 Tablets

Ordered these to help maintain sleep and stop waking up so much. I can’t really vouch for whether they worked or not because on the occasions I’ve taken them (4 pills an hour before bed), it has taken me hours to drop off. Eg - take at 10, go to bed at 11, eventually nod off 3am. I’m convinced this isn’t just coincidental and when I started reading through some of the reviews it appears that for some people these actually seem to stimulate rather than relax. Worth trying once, as it appears they do work for some people, but if they stop you dropping off don’t persist with them. It’ll take you into early hours madness!

If a NIL star were possible, that's what these would get. I'm completely taken aback by what others in here are actually reviewing to be honest. The KALMS 56tabs that I received are small and round. They're not capsule shape like the photo someone already included here. One even mentions how lovely tasty and fruity they are.... Der! They taste absolutely vile. They smell absolutely awful. I'm sorry I ever bought them. It's true that they really don't work. Whoever mentions they do. Obviously is able to have their sleep without them, it's NOT these that's helping them at all., that's for sure. Amazon sell a different product that REALLY DOES WORK. You only need to take tonight. They taste lovely..They're gummies. They're made by CLEAN LEAF NUTRITION. They're called MELATONIC SLEEP GUMMIES. the ones I got, (I'm not sure if they do other flavours) but mine are the MIXED BERRY ones. Theres 60 in the jar. I would highly recommend that if you're having trouble sleeping that you go ahead and try the gummies. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these KALMS.

Unfortunately due to Perimenopause I'm suffering from insomnia. I literally cannot fall asleep & it's been that way for a good couple of weeks now. Trying to get a Dr appointment isn't easy & so out of desperation I decided to try these. The reviews looked good but unfortunately no such luck with me. Night 1.... Took the 4 tablets & within half an hour or so, my head felt fuzzy & so I thought yes & headed to bed. Well heading to bed is all I'm doing but no sleep. Afew hours later my eyes were still wide open. Night 2... Took 4 tablets again, this time alittle earlier at 9pm hoping that they would kick in before midnight. Well 3am & my eyes were still open. Night 3, I decided to take them & head straight to bed without any waiting. Well, I waited til the sun actually rose the next morning because I was up all night. It's to the point now where I've given up on these tablets. They might of worked for some people but for me, it seems as if they're actually helping to keep me awake rather than help to me fall asleep. By the way, it's 3.50am right now as I write this review. Thought I'd give them another go. Took 4 tablets again at 8pm. Almost 8 hours later, no sign of me falling asleep, never mind sleeping. I was hoping that they would be effective but unfortunately not.

I dont know what I'm doing wrong but these do absolutely nothing. I've tried 3 separate nights and nothing! I struggle to fall asleep and these didn't help at all, in fact i agree with another comment that said they keep you awake bc i seemed to have barely any sleep at all on them. They also smell funny.

Can't comment if it helps you sleep but they taste & smell really bad which is very off putting. Smells like old stinky cheese & tastes like vomit 🤢 (In the bin) !!! Won't buy again solely because of this !!! There are 3 types of Kalms. (I use the day Kalms & the one a night Kalms) which are stronger and comes in a blister pack and they are fine so I can't understand why these other night ones taste so ridiculously bad) !!! 😫 😩

Not only have has my sleep not got any better, I think it's now got worse! Where before I was waking up 4-5 times per night, now it's 6-8 times. Thought I'd finish the pot hoping they might start working but the bin might be the best place.

This product doesn’t work particularly well and and you have to take 4 each night for the product to allegedly work, which means there’s only enough in a bottle for approx 2 weeks worth of sleep! Not good value and not effective in my case.

Doesn't work. My sleep is just as bad as it was if not worse actually I've been having sleeping problems for years now and i tried many things so i though i give a shot to these given that it had really good reviews However its actually keeping me awake instead of helping me It might work for some but unfortunately i am not one of them
