First Aid for the USMLE Step 1 2024

I got the spiral bound book, because I figured the regular binding would fall a part with how much I use it. So far the spiral binding is holding up, even though it seemed a bit flimsy and stiff when I first got it. Nonetheless it works and has the info I need for my upcoming boards! (good luck to anyone else prepping for step 1!)

A must have for anyone studying for the USMLE exams. Excellent review book and summary, which gives a great perspective into what's high yield and important for the exams.

These "First Aid" Books are incredibly popular with medical students--to the point some ONLY use this to learn from. I gave it 5 stars because it was well-boxed/packaged and arrived in pristine condition. HOWEVER, in terms of readability, presentation of content, and "should I rely on this for my medical education" it gets 1 star. Medical student beware. There are so many other resources you can use that teach topics in a better manner.
