Milka wafer biscuits
Box was opened, and re-rapped. Wafers were stale/soft when unwrapped and eaten. Obviously, not the way I expected.

Should be 0 star, I had to throw them out. Not edible! Dry and stale
The prouduct was stale, every single chocolate wafer. I tried to complain or request a refund or to try and rectify the issue but had no contact whatsoever, it was a hard process that kept on circling and leading me back to the same place. They were dry not very tasty at all, I was very disappointed with the item. Not getting my value for money at all. Disappointed with the lack of help or efforts to rectify or help the customer and their disatifaction!
